GENESIS provides a wide variety of rooms for all classes, as the aim is for each patient to find her room as close as possible to her desires. However, you need to know that we cannot always guarantee availability in all classes. In case that due to unavailability you are staying in a room of different class, we promise to make all efforts to transfer you to the room you desire, always retaining priority order.
