Your friends and relatives can visit you on a daily basis. The visiting hours for hospitalization floors are 10:30 to 13:30 and 17:30 to 21:30 (for obstetrics department, up to 20:30).
Intensive care unit visitors in particular must first contact the units by telephone, in order to be informed about the hours and procedures to be kept. For the I.C.U. please call +30 2310 984.555 and for the N.I.C.U. call +30 2310 984.490.
Please read carefully all the other regulations of the visiting hours, to quickly adapt in the Hospital and have a better stay. We thank you in advance for your attention.
- It is stressed that only up to 2 visitors are allowed inside each room per patient. In any other case, the security guard or responsible Midwife will kindly ask visitors to leave.
- Children younger than 12 years old are not allowed to enter hospital rooms, to avoid transmission of infections to the infants. A children-supervising area is operating in ground floor.
- It is strictly forbidden for visitors to remain in the rooms during nursing. Please inform your visitors that when a relative tag is posted on the door, they cannot enter the room.
- Visitors are kindly requested to leave the room during meals.
- Ordering or carrying take-away meals (delivery) is not allowed in the Clinic areas.
- Visitors may not spend the night in the hospital rooms, except for classes offering suitable infrastructure for the accommodation of a companion (single room A, single room Lux and suite). However, you may make exclusive use of a double room with the corresponding additional charge.
- Toilets in hospital rooms are to be used exclusively by patients. Visitors may use the public toilets existing in each floor.
Finally, for hygiene reasons, in the wardrooms it is not allowed to keep plants in pots. However, there are not such restrictions for bouquets or flower compositions. In case you receive pots as gifts, they will be placed in the Hospital´s Main Reception area, in order to take them on your discharge.
